Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the customer liaison to ensure adherence to customer quality requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Track and monitor customer quality data.
- Manage root cause corrective actions (RCCA) and verify the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring they meet both internal and customer standards.
- Oversee and report on customer scorecards.
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives both internally and externally.
- Initiate and manage purges, ensuring containment actions are implemented within 48 hours.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing technical and performance specifications, quality plans, sampling plans, and inspection procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System procedures and assist in both internal and customer audits.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- With working experience in related field
- Profiecient in MS Office Application
- Knowledge of AS9100/9120 quality standards.
- Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
- Understanding of Lean Principles.
- Professional quality certifications (ASQ-CQE-CQA).
- Certification in Internal Auditing and/or AS9100 Lead Auditing.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations.
