Responsibilities
- Maintain all Inventory documents
- Data entry of information and ad-hoc duties and scheduling
- Contact vendors to obtain quotes for goods and services
- Receive, handle and respond accurately to any mail and other related correspondence
- Handle multiple projects, communications and co-ordination
- Assist with other ad-hoc requests as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma preferably in Science or logistics or operations management
- Detailed, meticulous and resourceful
- Highly responsible and able to multi-task
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to take ownership of projects
- Good verbal, written communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skills
