We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients, managing the appointment calendar, and providing support to the sales team. This role offers partial remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from home for a portion of your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and schedule appointments accordingly.
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded.
- Communicate appointment details and reminders to clients via phone, email, or text messages.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with clients to ensure attendance.
- Assist the sales team by providing information about scheduled appointments and any relevant client details.
The salary range is from $3,000 to $6,000.
