My client is an established and key leader in the Retail industry. Currently hiring a driven and hands-on finance talent to oversee management reporting and analysis responsibilities. Strong Excel and system skills, along with ability to manage large volume data required.
Retail / Consumer Goods industry exposure required.
Requirements
· MUST: Minimum 3 years of FP&A and management reporting exposure in the FMCG / Retail industry
· Strong Excel skills and savvy with different systems / tools
· Ability to manage large volume data and SKU, work in a fast paced environment and proactive in driving process improvement
· Traits: Motivated, driven, flexible, independent, problem solver, team player, ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced business environment, able to engage stakeholders
Budget
SGD 5,000 – 6,000 per month + Variable Bonus
Job Scope
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible in preparing monthly reporting (P&L and balance sheet), analyze variances against targets, business performance, prepare commentaries, as well as contributing in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives. You will ensure that reporting is in compliance with group accounting policies and uploaded timely and accurately in the group reporting system. You will support in budgeting, rolling forecast and strat plan processes, and proactively drive improvement to existing finance and business processes to further improve efficiency and accuracy.
