Main Responsibilities
- Creative Team Lead: Inspire, guide and mentor your junior creatives through example and practice
- Strategic and Creative ideation: Ideate together with the various integrated PR, Social, and Marketing teams as needed for campaign pitches and ideas, as well as on regular accounts
- Present and share your ideas as needed either internally with our teams or externally with clients
- Some P/L responsibilities
Requirements
- Previous agency experience as a Creative Director preferred, but individuals with substantial experience are welcome to apply too
- Strong technical creative skillsets, ideally proficient with the theory and format of trans media
- Strong team player who is responsible, able to work independently and meet deadlines while championing creativity
- A great command of English is a given and a bonus if you are bilingual too
