The Vice President Marketing APAC leads the marketing strategy and organisation towards supporting Newfold Digital’s regional growth objectives. The person is responsible for managing budgets, setting goals and developing our overall APAC strategy and working closely with broader Go-to-Market team to increase awareness, generate demand and build pipeline within the region.
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage a Brand portfolio of 6+ regional brands in 4+ markets across APAC.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiative to achieve business objectives and ensure product positioning, messaging and activation are in place.
- Manage a cross-functional marketing organisation of brand squads, BI teams, performance markets and creative teams.
- Conversant of the competitive landscape, latest trends and best marketing practices and continuously optimise a robust marketing strategy to build on brand affinity for our products.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Ensure a consistent and progressive brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation for continuous marketing effectiveness and a strong return on investment (ROI)
- Lead a team to execute marketing campaigns across various business units.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to the marketing team, foster a collaborative culture, act as the primary liaison between the team, importer marketing organisation, and agency partners, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives
