Are you a forward-thinking individual with expertise in workplace strategies and a knack for leadership? As a Workplace Solutioning Lead, you'll be responsible for guiding the evolution of workplace environments to meet the changing needs of our clients. Your role will ensure the effective operation of various workspaces through innovative solutioning, performance measures, and continuous process improvements. You'll also be the vanguard for workplace safety, advocating compliance with health and safety standards.
Client Satisfaction Driver
Building robust and lasting relationships with clients will be paramount to your role. Client satisfaction is our priority, and as such, you will be expected to exceed client expectations consistently. You’ll act as the primary point of contact regarding all workplace-related inquiries, driving the execution of their vision for their space.
Space Planning Acumen and Project Management
With a clear track record in managing office move and transformation projects, you will oversee the workplace solutioning project and renovation works and work with client on their space requests and determining their space requirements based on their headcount, space required, infrastructure. The role also demands the coordination of contracts, liaising closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet procurement standards, ensuring updating of plans as well as guaranteeing the delivery of quality work within stipulated budgets.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
- Highly experienced in Workplace Solutioning or Facilities Management, with 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Qualified with degree from a recognised tertiary establishment, with proficiency in occupational safety and, ideally, experience managing Corporate HQ facilities and functions
- Relevant working experience on project management and space planning, leading and overseeing workplace fitouts and A&A projects. Having the capability to work efficiently with Sketch up, MS Projects, photoshop and ACAD is a plus
- Adept in managing contracts, budgets, customer service, and stakeholder relationships.
Highly Analytical and Interpersonal Savvy
- The role demands a candidate who can tackle complex problems using analytical and creative thinking.
- Your goal-oriented approach should be complemented by in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, vendor management, and management of workplace technical systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with clear verbal and written communication abilities are vital, as you’ll be engaging with diverse groups regularly.
