Responsibilities
- Assist to plan and execute pricing strategy for local country office, set up and enhance revenue management policies and workflows; to fulfill the market as well as achieve company’s objectives.
- Assist to maintain pricing structure, implement discount policies and approval process.
- Assist to create, maintain and manage customer and key account discount agreements to ensure proper recording and compliance.
- Provide revenue management support and service to country according to service (product) and business development needs.
- Perform cost analysis and prepare quotation to targeted key customers. At the same time, evaluate and monitor the appropriateness of discounts offered to existing customers.
- Assist to enhance and implement discount system, discount processes and discount monitoring scheme.
- Conduct research on market rate from competitors and make in-depth pricing analysis and revenue management study for strategic business decisions.
- Complete regular revenue management and discount analysis reports;
- Facilitate and support local market researches.
- Assist to communicate and co-ordinate projects with different departments. Complete ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years’ experience related to marketing.
- Working experience in logistics industry is preferred.
- Good team management capability, good team spirit, strong responsibility, be able to work under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written English and local language.
