Key Responsibilities:


• Partner with team members to ensure seamless centre operations, providing outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Handle a diverse range of tasks, such as managing client calls, coordinating meeting room bookings, welcoming clients and visitors, and overseeing centre facilities and office allocations.

• Assist with the accuracy and efficiency of billing and booking system operations.

• Demonstrate professionalism and attentiveness by proactively addressing guests’ and clients’ needs, inquiries, or requests.

• Support project coordination, procurement, and revenue generation efforts.

• Maintain effective communication with building management to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Independently manage front office duties and provide leadership and guidance to Client Service Executives.


Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and administrative roles is preferred.

• Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Willingness to learn, a team-oriented attitude, and a proactive approach.

• Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese is necessary for serving Chinese-speaking clients.
