Responsibilities:
Monitor on delivery vendors daily KPI
Prepare vendor performances report
Escalate customer's request from CS team to vendor (Whatsapp/email)
Assign seller pick-up order
Arrange in house drivers daily assignment
Releasing of parcel to vendor and tally data in system
Update status for all returned parcels
System status check once data released
Prepare releasing/failed delivery report
Others admin data work assigned
Other ad-hoc duties whenever required
Requirements:
O level qualification with minimum 2 years of relevant traffic control and customer service experience
Possess good interpersonal skills
5.5 alternate Saturdays work week
