Responsibilities
- Responsible for full set of accounting functions and activities which include preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance, subsidiary ledger reports
- Perform AP/AR function such as processing of payments and invoices
- Perform monthly closing reports, bank reconciliation, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements
- Liaise with auditor for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
- Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations
- Assist in overseeing accounts assistants, when required
- Other ad-hoc projects and activities assigned
Requirements
- Accounting degree or professional degree
- Minimum atleast 2 years of relevant working experience
- Hands-on experience in Navision would be advantageous
- Meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Working hour
08:30 to 5:30 Monday to Thursday
08:00 to 5:00 Friday
Transport is provided to and fro Joo Koon MRT station.
