EV Charger Field Service Engineer

Responsibility:

1. Test and connect the chargers of the responsible area into network, in charge of guidance on the use of charger;

2. Carry out inspections and update feedback from users regarding self-operated chargers in responsible area;

3. Handle the malfunctions of charger, including maintenance, repair, upgrade, modification etc.; responsible for the emergency repair and important event guaranty;

4. Collect the data related and organize the report, including work order data, spare parts ledger, defective product report; analyze the data according to requirement;

5. Based on statistics, take active precaution in order to reduce failure rate and ensure system intact rate in the responsible area;

6. Based on statistics, propose systematic measures to improve customer satisfaction and ensure customer satisfaction;

7. Arrange the daily work and coordinate resources in responsible area;

8. Organize meeting in responsible area, attend regular meeting of branch office, and report regularly regional operation and maintenance.


Requirement:

1. Higher Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering & or other relevant Engineering qualifications

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the related industry; junior candidate will be considered as well

3. Experienced in handling power devices / power electronics / communication modules / electrical wirings

4. Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail

5. Ability to present ideas in a clean & user-friendly way

6. Service and results oriented, self-driven, and a team player

7. Able to communicate in both English and Chinese in order to work closely with Chinese-speaking associates

8. Class 3 driving license is a must
