- Position: Senior Social Worker
- Location: Near Buangkok MRT
- Working hours: 5 day work week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5800 + Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Guide a team of social workers, caseworkers, or other support staff
- Oversee complex cases and ensure appropriate interventions and services are implemented
- Conduct necessary assessments and comprehensive care plans
- Work together with professionals, agencies, and community organizations to improve the delivery of social services.
- Advocate for policies and practices that impact the well-being of the residents and contribute to the development of policies and procedures within the organization.
- Provide training sessions and workshops for staff and stay updated on relevant research and best practices in social work.
- Handle administrative tasks related to programme management, such as budgeting, reporting, and compliance with regulations.
- Respond to crises and emergencies, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.
- Ensure the compliance to Standard Operating Procedure
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Social Work.
- Minimum 2 – 3years of relevant experience and Minimum 1 year of experience in supervising
- Must be willing to work on public holiday
