The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations and decisions of the company.He/she is required to:-


Role and Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive company growth, expand market presence, and enhance profitability.
  2. Operational Leadership: Lead with a relentless focus on operational efficiency and excellence across all facets of our business.
  3. Sales and Marketing: Lead the sales teams to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Develop effective strategies for brand promotion, customer acquisition, and market penetration.Work with the Marketing Team to grow distributed brands with close collaboration with international partner.
  4. Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, financial forecasting and implement cost-effective measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability goals.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws,regulations, and company policies.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead the organization with strong leadership, motivate the employee and evaluate their engagement effectively.
  7. Clients and Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, regulators, and other external parties, representing the company professionally and ethically.
  8. Liaison Role : Main liaison person with Japan Headquarter in communication and alignment of the Company’s direction with the overall group strategy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 16 years of experience in the Jewel & watches industry, with at least 4 years in a senior management role.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English is essential in the communication with target market needs and headquarters (written and verbal).
  • Ability to think strategically, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving performance.
  • Knowledge of South-East Asia market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and solve complex problems.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and objective
