- The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
- Project Management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned.
- Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team.
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination.
- Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.
- Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members.
Requirements
- Masters/Bachelor degree in Architecture recognised by BOA singapore.
- Registered architect under BOA Singapore will be an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years post graduate experience.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission processes and guidelines.
- Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup.
- Mondays to Fridays, 830am-6pm/930am-7pm
- Office location: Central

- 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served).
- All company benefits will be the same as a permanent staff.
