Work Location: Novena Medical Centre (2 minutes walk from Novena MRT)
Work Week: 5.5 days | 8.30am - 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Register patients by collecting personal information, medical history and insurance details
- Oversee clinic schedule and fix patient's appointments through phone or referral
- Address to patient's inquiries and concerns if any
- Provide financial counselling and collect treatment fees from patients
- Provide information to patients about clinic procedures
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Entry Level candidates are welcomed
- Bilingual to communicate with mandarin speaking patients
- Possess prior customer service experience would be highly advantageous
