As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial and operational integrity of our Group companies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive financial and operational audits within the Group.
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of audit programs in line with the audit plan.
- Reviewing and evaluating internal activities to ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
- Assessing systems and procedures to ensure effective internal controls are in place for managing business risks and identifying potential improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Over 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in internal audit with a solid understanding of risk management and control.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply critical thinking, process analysis, business intelligence, and problem-solving techniques.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen with knowledge of industry practices and organizational dynamics.
- Exhibit sound business acumen by staying updated on industry practices and organizational factors.
- Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a talent for report writing.
- Build effective relationships and engage with various business functions to improve processes.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and display proficient project management skills to meet deadlines.
- Be open to travel 40-50% including to emerging countries
