Overview
Integrated International School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Curriculum Coordinator with a strong background in EduTrust and CPE regulations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of our school's curriculum, ensuring it meets the highest educational standards and complies with Singapore's regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development and Implementation:
- Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the school's educational goals and objectives.
- Ensure that the curriculum meets the requirements of EduTrust certification and adheres to CPE regulations.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate best practices and innovative teaching methodologies.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EduTrust and CPE requirements and ensure the school’s curriculum complies with these standards.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for EduTrust certification and CPE audits.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and respond to any compliance-related inquiries.
Program Evaluation and Improvement:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments and collect feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to the curriculum based on evaluation results and emerging educational trends.
Professional Development:
- Provide training and support to teachers on curriculum implementation and compliance with EduTrust and CPE standards.
- Organize and lead professional development workshops and seminars.
- Stay abreast of current educational research and best practices in curriculum development and teaching.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with school leadership to align the curriculum with the school’s strategic vision.
- Foster a collaborative environment among teachers and staff to promote continuous improvement.
- Communicate curriculum changes and updates to all stakeholders, including parents and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Proven experience as a Curriculum Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of curriculum development processes.
- Extensive knowledge of EduTrust certification and CPE regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
