Accounting and Finance
- Taking ownership and driving our month-end closing process to ensure an accurate and timely close.
- Driving our regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to support the business decision making process while continuously improve / design the reports.
- Drive and manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Leading the team for GST/VAT processes.
- Preparing timely monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Managing the audit process, engaging with the Group’s Auditors.
- Continuously review and initiate the relevant change initiatives / projects / process improvements focusing on improving the efficiency and accuracy of our month-end closing process, budgeting and forecasting and reporting of the business performance.
- Taking ownership / participating / contributing to ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- A proactive, organized and independent individual with good analysis skills and meticulous in work.
- Team player with good communication and inter-personal skills with good business sense.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
- Proactive attitude, time sensitive with a sense of urgency.
- Advanced Excel skills is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically sound in Singapore IFRS accounting standards/treatments with proven track record.
- Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
- Audit/commercial: > 5 years (Preferred)
- Singaporean / PR (Preferred)
