- Position: Logistic/Warehouse Assistant or Officer
- Location: Ang Mo Kio- few bus stops away from AMK MRT
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.00pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + 14 days annual leave + Medical
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Safety equipment supplier
Responsibilities:
- Picking metal parts from stock, check physical condition and packing into
crates to make up orders - Create Packing lists, process, and label all outgoing shipments
- Coordinate and liaise with customers and external transporter/forwarder
- Driving of forklift to load and unload goods from truck/container
- Organize, allocate and store materials in the correct location with proper
documentation/report recorded - Daily maintenance and housekeeping of warehouse
- Inventory Management (e.g aligning physical stock with system records,
inventory adjustment, inventory variance investigation) - Participate in internal and external stock audit
- Ability to anticipate job activities, prepare tools and equipment
- In-charge of assessing, maintaining and updating appropriate procedure and paperwork
- Access and adhere to area Safety and environmental procedures to ensure
compliance with applicable regulations - Serve as an active participant in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security
programs by reporting all related concerns or problems immediately - Undertake any ad-hoc duties assign
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience / relevant industries
- Willing to OT when needed
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Possess Forklift driving license
- Fit to be able to carry heavy metal parts
