About the job
Responsibilities:Knowledge of fundamental principles and practices of architecture, construction materials and methods, and building codes;
Research on materials, methods, and construction techniques;
Interpret design concept and translating them into workable solution and ensure design quality and authority compliance;
Conceptualize and present design proposal;
Assist and support Architect in executing multiple architectural projects;
Assist in tender drawings and material specifications;
Assist in liaising and coordinating with consultants and contractors;
Assist project Architect on site implementation.
Requirements:Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent, registrable with Board of Architects, Singapore;
Well-verse in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage.
