We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team and help us elevate our brand and engage with our audience in meaningful ways.
As a Marketing and Communications Manager of Esri Singapore, you will leverage your expertise in marketing and communications to deliver a comprehensive marcomms solution tailored for the Singapore market. Develop and execute go-to-market campaign programs across target sectors. You will be the marketing professional who demonstrates excellence, productivity, a key focus on return on marketing investment as well as channel innovation.
Work collaboratively with the sales team and marketing colleagues across the business to utilise in-house expertise to deliver your marcomms objectives and deliver business results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and deliver integrated campaign activities in the Singapore market, focused on demand generation, sector and customer solution positioning and effective media plans.
- Support the sales business to deliver their annual targets, via targeted sectors plans and holistic go-to-market activities.
- Work closely with the Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager to localise sector and solution marketing campaigns, when relevant.
- Maintain a steadfast emphasis on maximising return on marketing investment (ROMI) and enhancing overall business value.
- Work closely with other marketing team members to leverage the capabilities you may need to deliver a holistic go-to-market campaign.
- Comply with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
About You
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Business and Campaigns, you will offer a minimum five years’ experience as a marketing and/or communications manager, ideally supporting internal sales or partner teams to deliver business goals.
To be successful in this role with us, you will bring along:
- Degree in business, marketing, or communications.
- Proven track record of managing and executing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels, involving many stakeholders, and defined KPIs.
- Practical knowledge of measuring campaign ROMI.
- Comprehensive understanding of the operational structure and functions of Singapore government departments
- Experience in working with marketing, communications and creative agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strong practical knowledge of sales pipelines, forecasting and budget management.
- A strong understanding of how to balance competing business priorities and working with internal teams on aligned goals.
- Enjoys working on cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives, as well as driving forward marketing plans.
- Identifies targeted marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements and aligning these with sales and partner business goals.
- Able to develop customer and partner value propositions to develop targeted communications and marketing strategy.
- A natural collaborator who knows how to motivate and work with others.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Data-driven, curious, and embracing of change.
- Experience using office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Excellent grammar with a high attention to detail, especially regarding written content.
- Professional presentation, with a high emotional intelligence.
