Responsibilities:
- Polymer Synthesis: Conduct laboratory-scale synthesis of polymers, copolymers, and hydrogels, following established protocols or developing new ones.
- Material Characterization: Utilize analytical techniques (e.g., spectroscopy, microscopy, rheology) to analyze the chemical, physical, and mechanical properties of polymeric materials.
- Performance Testing: Evaluate the water absorption, retention, and release properties of polymers under various environmental conditions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Meticulously document experimental data, interpret results, and prepare clear technical reports and presentations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of chemists, engineers, and business professionals to translate research findings into practical applications.
