Job Description:
- Develop course outlines, lesson plans, and course materials for mental wellness/therapist training programs
- Deliver training sessions to mental health professionals on topics such as counselling techniques, therapy approaches, and mental health assessment
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different groups of mental health professionals
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of mental health therapy and integrate new information into training programs
-Appoint as in house counsellor and Therapist to attend to clients.
- Perform admission counsellor with some admission administration role.
Requirements:
- Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for mental health professionals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with online course development and delivery
- Certification in a specific therapy approach (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR)
- Certification in therapies in the area of Art, Colour, Dance and movement, Pet, Music, Spa Massage, Laughter and etc.
-Certification in Neuroarchitecture if any
