Requirements:
- Min SPM/GCE ‘O’ level or NITEC.
- Preferably with 2 years of frontline customer service and admin experience.
- Experience from engineering services and spare parts industry will be an advantage.
- Experience in using ERP/CRM software in producing quotation, SO, Invoice and DO.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
- Candidates who can commence work in short notice will be preferred.
Responsibilities includes:
· Attend to Customers’ enquiries and orders.
· Prepare Quotations, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Sales Order, Invoices, etc.
· Answer phone call politely and efficiently.
· Check pricing and order parts.
· Handle Goods Received Note (GRN).
· Arrange delivery and collection of jobs.
· Assist in promotion project.
· In-charge of day to day administrative and clerical matters.
· Handle day-to-day accounting activities of Petty Cash.
