5 days work week (including Sat & Sun)
Job Description:
- Ensures efficient services in baggage handling, transport assistance, and general enquiries
- Provides support in training Bellman
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager to attend to guests’ complaints, requests and inquiries
- Collaborate closely with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter and Front Office Cashier on guests ‘arrival and departure
- Assist house guests/ long-staying guests with their enquiries
- Conduct courtesy calls to guests
- Keep updated and knowledeable on all tourist-related information
- Maintain and manage stock of promotional materials for daily operations
