Job Description:
- To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Branch.
- To ensure that the welfare and needs of the children are met at all times.
- To act as a role model for the Company to the parents and keep the Management updated of any issues.
- To ensure staff are motivated at all times and maintaining high enrolment levels.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a leader and an effective team player
- Patient and genuine love for children
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Good organisational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to attend workshops and staff meetings
- Initiative and ability to excel under pressure
- Good work ethics and uphold a professional disposition at all times
- Familiar with student care or primary education
- Minimum qualifications: Diploma
