Accounts Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain reports such as variance analysis and other reports as directed
• Support account closing, account reconciliation, GST returns
• Support website related maintenance matters and issues
• Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met on time in accordance with workflow, procedures, checklists, and policies for assigned tasks
Requirements:
• AP & AR experience
• Well proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Powerpoint
• Proficient in English & Mandarin (oral & written)
• Knowledge in accounting software
• Fast worker and good interpersonal skills
• Able to meet reporting deadlines
