Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible to: -
- Take and Serve food order.
- Upsell food & beverages to optimize revenue.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and deliver service promptly.
- Ensure that mis-en-place / side stations are all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and tableware before the shift commences.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep the outlet outlook at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Service-oriented team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Cheerful and pleasant personality
- Able to work split shift.
