Sales Admin

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), etc
  • Engage with customers through email and phone communications
  • Handle customers feedback, complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide after sales support as needed
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements

  • Able to work independently
  • Skilled in computer use and adept at multitasking


Working days: 5.5 days per week

Working location: Pioneer
