Job Scope:
- Setting up equipment, systems, or machinery for clients, ensuring they function correctly from the start.
- Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and avoid breakdowns.
- Diagnosing and fixing issues with malfunctioning equipment or systems, which may involve replacing parts or making adjustments.
- Identifying problems through systematic testing and analysis, often using diagnostic tools and software.
- Providing technical assistance and guidance to customers, explaining how to use equipment and addressing their concerns.
- Keeping detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls, as well as creating reports for management and clients.
- Implementing updates and modifications to improve equipment performance or meet new specifications.
- Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and regulations to protect themselves and their clients
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or relevant engineering studies
- Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Preferably to have Class 3 Driving License as required to travel (Candidate without class 3 welcome to apply as there's other role available)
