Job Scope:
- Identifying potential customers, making sales presentations, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service.
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand market trends, and gather information about competitors.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the company's furniture products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Managing a designated sales territory, planning and organizing daily work schedules to visit potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Preparing and submitting regular sales reports, including sales activities, achievements, and market feedback to management.
- Participating in promotional activities, such as trade shows, exhibitions, and events, to showcase products and attract new customers.
- Negotiating terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms, and ensuring timely closing of sales deals.
- Working closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
- Continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
