Responsibilities:
- Participate in service and kitchen operations training, including opening and closing procedures of outlets.
- Complete assigned tasks and support daily operations while learning from experienced staff.
- Gain an understanding of company policies, processes, and brand concepts.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations, health and safety codes, and food hygiene standards.
- Develop skills in conflict resolution and schedule management.
- Provide support at various outlet locations as needed.
