Responsibilities:
- Perform all opening and closing duties, adhering to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide warm and welcoming customer service to all patrons.
- Be knowledgeable about products and offer informed suggestions based on customer requests or inquiries.
- Maintain efficiency and organization in workflow on the floor, with a thorough understanding of the company's SOPs.
- Work independently behind the counters, ensuring all preparations meet the company's quality standards.
- Communicate confidently with colleagues across all departments and with customers.
