Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of outlets operation team in achieving sales targets and overall performance of outlets.
- Ensuring all operational standards are met and improve customer service level
- Responsible for day-to-day operation matters
- Manage team schedules to the needs of the business
- Work closely with store manager to plan and revise weekly and monthly schedule for all staff according to store’s needs
- Build and maintain a good working relationship, high morale and mutual respect with the team members
- Provide training to the store manager to enhance their sales and supervisory skills
- Follow up on all customer's feedback, compliments and complaints and ensure that these are handled promptly with a thorough investigation and timely manner
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience working in a managerial position in the retail/F&B industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient & ability to perform under pressure
- Have integrity and offer excellent customer service
Working days: 5 days work week
Working location: Islandwide
