Responsibilities:
- Operating all workstations
- Handle daily operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings, and sales of vouchers.
- Ensure the security of the premises and its facilities.
- Manage cash handling for opening and closing of the location.
- Assist in preparing the staff roster.
- Ensure the location remains functional and presentable at all times.
- Assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Conduct training for the Service Crew.
- Perform random assignments and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma with experiences in F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Service-oriented, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- F&B experience is a plus.
- Preferably holds a valid food hygiene certificate.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Location: Singapore Islandwide
5-day work week.
