Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cinema, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including concession supplies and equipment.
- Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, accounting, and cash management.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase ticket sales.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Coordinate and manage film schedules, special events, and screenings.
- Maintain the cinema’s facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Liaise with film distributors and negotiate booking terms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cinema or retail management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- A passion for films and the entertainment industry.
- Min diploma qualifications in business management or a related field preferred.
