Regional Sales Director

Xinjian Technology Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our growing team. As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for expanding our client base in foreign markets, primarily focusing on SEA and China. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in said countries.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective and existing clients, partners, and industry professionals.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Travel to target markets as necessary to cultivate relationships and represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Requirements

- Eduation not so important but proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role is crucial.

- Strong understanding of tech industry and the ability to articulate complex technological concepts to clients.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively within said countries as required.
