Accounting:
- Financial Record Keeping:Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Financial Reporting:Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Tax Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Audit Support:Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits.
Address and resolve any audit findings.
Administrative:
- Office Management:Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Scheduling and Coordination:Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them accordingly.
- Communication:Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of company communications and reports.
- Support to Management:Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
