Our client is a well-established company in Real Estate asset management company headquartered in Singapore. The Group holds diverse portfolio of assets across the global market and they are looking for a unique individual to join their growing business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule preventive maintenance and propose repairs.
- Supervise and inspect maintenance work.
- Update records, manage inventory, and request quotations.
- Respond to and resolve tenant requests and feedback.
- Monitor and inspect tenancy fit-out and improvement works.
- Generate work orders and manage fire alarm isolation.
- Operate the fire alarm system in the Fire Command Centre (FCC).
- Lead inspections with cleaning providers and oversee housekeeping.
- Report and track cleaning deficiencies.
- Conduct daily checks of critical and common areas.
- Manage FCC operations and monitor security officers.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor and report CCTV and card access issues.
- Handle emergencies and assist with fire drills.
- Conduct checks of security equipment.
- Assist tenants with access card issues.
- Conduct daily checks and monitor carpark barriers.
- Ensure carpark system functionality.
- Update season carpark holder list monthly.
- Inspect landscaped areas and supervise pest control.
- Conduct pest control inspections as needed.
- Inspect drainage systems, toilets, and pantry areas daily.
REQUIREMENTS:
- NITEC qualification or higher.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to perform shift and standby duties.

●Location: Central
●Working days: Shift hours (2 work days, 2 off days, 2 work days)
●Salary: Up to S$2,500 + AWS+ VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
