Job Responsibilities
1. Tax compliance: Review the daily tax return of Singapore/Vietnam/India subsidiaries from group level and give comments on the tax rule execution.
2. Transfer Pricing: Review transfer pricing methodology from Singapore level and monitor its implementation; Manage the service and royalty flow; Manage TP documentation and ad-hoc TP topics.
3. Tax risk control: Identify and monitor potential tax risk from group level and provide tax advice to BU in daily operation (if necessary)
4. Work with group tax on the analysis and simulation related to Pillar 2.
5. Manage, execute tax projects (e.g. asset / business transfer, application of tax incentive, etc) and other crossed function projects
6. Manage tax audits / investigation and tax risks analysis from Singapore level
7.Maintain healthy relationship with tax authorities, coordinate with external consultant/agency/auditor regarding tax matters
8. Follow and manage the IHQ requirements.
Qualifications:
1. High degree (equivalent to a Bachelor / Master) in economics, finance, tax or law
2. 7+ years of Corporate Tax experience, solid knowledge in accounting and tax, big 4+ FMCG in house experience is PLUS
3. Structured approach in planning and execution, experience with business management
