Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing company's investment assets, ensuring they are managed efficiently and profitably.
- Ensures that all fixed assets are accurately recorded, maintained, and reported in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Develop investment strategies, managing investment portfolios, analysing market trends, and making investment decisions to maximize returns and minimize risks.
- Propose and seek approval on the construction completion interface of the active projects with capex budget annually.
- Monitor and manage the project status monthly according to customers demand (capacity, delivery & move-in plan, design), capex expenditures and annualized budget.
- Identify the risk on cost overrun and delivery schedule.
- Propose and seek approval on the construction completion interface of the active projects with capex budget annually.
- Monthly capex incurred / payment monitoring and management compared to annualized budget.
- Review the capex efficiency on various product planning to identify the FCST cost overrun risk.
- Seek Management approval of annual project execution plan including capex incurrence and payment plan.
- Regular update and review on the performance of annual project execution plan (“Project management report”) for Management review.
- Collect information from various departments or other committees to identify the potential changes on annual project execution plan. In order to perform the annual project execution plan, the task force shall analyze the changes and then draft a proper proposal to the Management Committee to make decision.
- Seek Management approval for new projects which are out of the annual project execution plan.
- Review the emerging risks and draft proper proposal (resolutions and owners) for Management decision making.
- Review any change order (especially single project cost overrun) and seek Management approval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on fixed assets within the data center, real estate, private equity, Infrastructure, IT or Technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements related to fixed assets.
- Proficiency in asset management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive projects towards successful completion. Project management background will be helpful.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
