Management Trainee for Marketing and Sales

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven management trainee in Marketing and Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be nurtured to be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and have knowledge in using AI technology in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

This management trainee role is to learn and be trained to:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
• Identify and target key market segments to generate new business opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, social media and online content.
• Manage a team of new media experts to optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content creation.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing and sales activities to senior management.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, conferences, and trade shows.

We invite applicants to apply for a 6 months traineeship program. Upon completion of this program, selected trainees will be given an opportunity to sign a full-time contract with us.

Trainees would be given training, opportunities to learn and mentored by our marketing director, participate in developing strategic and management directions with the ultimate objective for this staff to be groomed for management position.

Qualifications

1. New graduates or graduates that have an interest in marketing and sales role in Special Education Industry.
2. Degree in management or marketing related field. Those with degree in other fields such as Psychology, Technology, Engineer, linguistic may be considered as we are looking for trainees with the correct attitude.
3. Enjoy working with children and talking to parents.
4. Ability to think on your feet.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
6. Good knowledge in technology and social media marketing tools.
