- E-commerce and Sales Management
- Product Listings: Oversee the accuracy and completeness of producct information, listings, and content for various online marketplaces andbrick-and-mortar clients, ensuring all clients have the necessary details to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Support the Head of Asia Pacific in all commercial activities by ensuring clients have the necessary product information and resources to list our products.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing and promotional campaigns tailored for the Asia Pacific market.
- RFP and Quotation Preparation: Assist the Head of Asia Pacific in the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and quotations for potential business opportunities, ensuring accurate and competitive responses.
- Sample Management: Coordinate the logistics of sending product samples to potential customers, partners, or stakeholders, contributing to business development efforts.
- Vendor and Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers, ensuring successful collaboration and support for commercial activities.
- Event Coordination: Work with the Head of Asia Pacific and the Operations
- Manager to organize various in-country brand events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making in projects and daily operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns and resolving issues for both B2C customers and B2B clients, including retailers and grocery stores.
- Inventory Management: Maintain, optimize, and collaborate with the logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure inventory levels ensure product availability and minimise stockouts
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial support experience preferably in FMCG related industry
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and sales, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.
- Immediate starter is preferred
