Job Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support including installation, termination, troubleshooting, testing & commissioning and maintenance of various AV equipment.
- To provide after sales technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software, related to audio visual equipment.
- Respond to service calls related to AV equipment breakdowns.
- Provide on-site basic training to end-user for installed AV systems.
- To provide technical advice and support to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Professional Audio Visual Engineering, or related field.
- Possess Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prepared to work outside of office hours and willing to travel overseas when needed.
- Fairly good spoken and written English.
- Possessing a Class 3 driving licence will be added advantage.
