Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the yachting industry.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and negotiating contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, yacht brokers, and industry partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Represent the company at industry events, boat shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the yachting industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the maritime or luxury goods industry with a focus on yachts.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources.
- Deep understanding of the yachting industry, including market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
