- Coordinate logistics activities and track shipments and deliveries
- Verification of goods receipt
- Ensure that all stock inventory data are handled correctly and accurately to prevent inventory discrepancies
- Data entry and prepare shipping documents and labels
- Monitor and resolve delivery issues and discrepancies
- To communicate and coordinate with the warehouse operations team according to customer requirements
- Provide support on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report
- Filing of documents
- Assist in any other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing environments
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced in Inventory software and systems (e.g. SAP)
- Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to commence work or within short notice
