Compensation: 650-850

Afterpartybride is Singapore's first bridal mini gown studio, specializing in elegant gowns for wedding-related events. We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the executive team with scheduling and correspondence.
- Ensure timely delivery of gown designs and inventory management.
- Assist with customer inquiries and gather client feedback.
- Help plan and coordinate bridal events.
- Maintain editorial planning schedules.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Edit the website for smooth user experience.
- and any other requirements assigned
Requirements:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant polytechnic program.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
