Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Accounts Receivable Duties
- Performing system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR) sales invoices, credit notes
- Follow up with internal sales team & customers for missing documents & outstanding sales invoices
- Generate monthly statement of accounts and update AR aging report on a monthly basis
- Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Finance/Accounting with 1-2 years relevant experience in Accounts Receivable function
