Working Location: East area - Changi South
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm
Responsibilities:
- Compile statistics and generate reports for management information.
- Benefits administrations, medical and insurance claims, government claims, reservist claims etc.
- Co-ordinate Company wide performance appraisal, annual bonus and salary review exercise.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
- Keeps abreast of best practices and any regulatory changes pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Assist on other Compensation & Benefits projects such as Job Evaluation, review of Salary Structure and Benefits Package.
- Payroll experience with using payroll system and the attendance module.
- Experienced in OT calculation and knowledge in shift setup.
- Manage complex payroll - with blue collar and various shift patterns
- Experience in managing payroll vendor is a plus.
- Assist in other Human Resource functions as assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience in payroll and human resource administration
- Exp handling blue-collared payroll, outsourced vendors
- Self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
